Benjis - the best sweets and chocolates in town!
Benjis is a great sweet shop!!! Located on the main street in Canterbury just past the river heading towards the West gate I have to say it is really well worth stoping off here to get some gifts for something for yourself
I have to admit I, like many members of my family have a sweet tooth, and if I am going to indulge then I would usually go to there. They do the most fantastic hand made choclates but if that is not your thing then they have a great range of all sorts of sweets. To spoil my grandson I usually take him ther as he has a particular liking of lolipops. If you or someone you love likes the old fashioned sweets such as sherbert lemons then this is a great place to get them a gift. If you know nothing of British sweets but would like to try some or get some for someone else then this is the place to stop by and visit. This is when you can really bring home a taste of Canterbury. |
