Returns and refunds
We expect you to be delighted with your sweets. As with all food product return can only be made if the product is faulty or does not match the goods ordered. If there is any problem with the quality of our sweets, please return them to Customer Returns, Benjis-direct, 6, St. Peters Street, Canterbury Kent CT1 2AT.
Please make sure to enclose your contact details and the reason for return. We will ensure that all products are sent out in perfect condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for the weather conditions once the product has been shipped. E.g: Chocolate melting when exposed to heat or late delivery due to bad conditions. We will take all measures to ensure this does not happen but once in a postal service this is out of our control.

We do not receive your credit card details, this is all dealt with by Sage, we receive the information that your purchase is or is not authorised.

We keep it secure and ensure it is used for legitimate purposes only. Any information obtained via this web site will be used for the purpose of delivering the correct goods to the correct address.

Unfortunately, due to many reasons, we are unable to absolutely guarantee that any of the sweets that we sell are 100% free of nut or nut traces.
Diabetic sweets
Our manufacturer advises us that many of the items suitable for diabetics are No Added Sugar rather than Sugar Free. Please contact us if you would like to know the exact quantity of sugar in this range.
